Emily Copeland is a founding member of Women of Cenla and a dynamic leader who brings creativity, resilience, and heart to everything she does. A retired administrative professional from the VA, she is now the owner of Happily Feather After Crafts and serves as Secretary of the Professional Women’s Network (PWN) CenLA.

Emily is known for her collaborative leadership style, rooted in curiosity and a passion for empowering others. She believes leadership isn’t about having all the answers, but about fostering connection, encouraging growth, and walking alongside others.

Her life reflects a deep sense of purpose—as a wife, mother, grandmother, and active member of her community. Guided by her life verse, Isaiah 40:31, “Run and not grow weary,” Emily continues to embrace challenges and inspire those around her with courage and authenticity.
