Sylvia Coody is a founding member of Women of Cenla and a respected leader within the Central Louisiana community. Known for her dedication to service and strong work ethic, she plays an active role in both business and civic leadership.

Sylvia is involved in her family’s business, Coody Roofing, and contributes her time and expertise to several organizations, including the Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Central Louisiana Homeless Coalition. She also serves as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Pineville.

Her journey reflects resilience and determination. At age 50, Sylvia returned to high school to earn her diploma, graduating second in her class—a testament to her belief that it is never too late to achieve your goals.
